We're redefining dance for members of our competition team with bigger dreams - taking them from the homegrown comforts of Rochester, NY to Nationals, Broadway, Disney & beyond. Let’s face it, college applications are looking for well rounded & diverse applicants with more than just good grades. Participating in a team activity like dance is favorable with colleges, as it demonstrates good time management, a team player & experience in focusing on something beyond what is required at school.

Graduates of RD Academy have gone on to be accepted into some of the USA’s most prestigious schools, are working in the performing arts industry, teaching at our studio, or reaping the rewards of undeniable success within their chosen career field.
